Event Overview

The Blanchard Compensation & HR Summit 2026 (“Event”) will take place at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minnesota, from October 27th, 2026, to October 29th, 2026. The Event is organized and managed by Blanchard Consulting Group (“Organizer”).

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations are subject to acceptance by the Organizer.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm attendance.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card or electronic invoice (if applicable).

• Early Bird pricing is available through January 31, 2026. After that date, standard registration rates apply.

• Group registration discounts apply only to attendees registered in the same transaction under the same organization.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2026, will be refunded, minus a $75 administrative fee.

• Cancellations received after August 1, 2026, are non-refundable, but substitutions may be made at any time.

• To request a cancellation or substitution, please contact elyse@blanchardc.com.

• If the Organizer cancels the Event for any reason, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their paid registration fees. The Organizer will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses.​

3. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Please notify elyse@blanchardc.com with the replacement’s full name, title, and email address no later than September 1, 2026.​

4. Event Program

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, speakers, topics, or schedule without prior notice.

• Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and content of the Event as advertised.

5. Dietary & Accessibility Requests

• Dietary restrictions and accessibility needs should be provided at the time of registration.

• While the Organizer and venue will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free or fully customized dining environment.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful to others.

7. Photography, Recording & Media

• By attending, participants grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the Event for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival.

8. Liability

• The Organizer and the Event venue shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during attendance at the Event.

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal belongings.

9. Force Majeure

Suppose the Event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control (e.g., pandemics, weather, strikes, government restrictions). In that case, the Organizer reserves the right to apply registration fees to a rescheduled event or offer refunds at its discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Attendee contact information is collected for event registration and communication. Blanchard Consulting Group may share limited information with sponsors for event-related engagement, unless the attendee opts out during registration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
